The Difference
The provision of environmental services has under gone numerous changes as a result of the environment we now live in. BBS has adapted our training protocols and resources to provide both our employees and clients with the safest and most advanced procedures possible. BBS has partnered with a diverse employee training company, Practice Made Perfect, to provide in depth training resources from employee orientation to continued on the job training for all BBS employees. While the concept of what clean represents has not changed, the methods and products available to achieve the results has changed as well as the expectation and importance. Our training modules follow CDC, EPA and OSHA guidelines and provides our employees the necessary tools and understanding to keep themselves, our clients and the patients safe.

BBS focus’s daily on healthy cleaning for all properties we service and clients we serve. Our team prioritizes providing our staff with the proper resources, supplies, equipment and training to manage housekeeping services in an extremely demanding world. Our healthy cleaning company vision includes:
Disinfecting Protocols for a healthy work and patient care environment
Employee Protection: All BBS staff are screened before starting a project which includes extensive questions and training. All staff member are provided proper masks, disposable gloves, Tyvek suites and face shields if necessary for each project. Our company diligently monitors the PPE inventory to ensure employee, client and patient safety.
Daily Disinfecting: BBS will spray and wipe where necessary all surfaces, equipment and high point touch areas with a hospital grade N list quaternary disinfectant strong enough to kill most major bacteria, viruses and fungi which includes COVID 19. Our disinfectant solutions have 1 minute kill times for a quick disinfection. Our staff also sprays and disinfects all equipment used daily to prevent cross contamination throughout the facility. All employees are trained on hospital compliant terminal cleaning methods to apply and disinfect every surface in each room of the facility. We believe in prioritizing the disinfection of all work spaces including phones, wastebaskets, plexiglass barriers, etc. to also prevent the spread of any bacteria or germs. Our Healthy Vision sets the bar high for any facility we clean.
Our Team
BBS is supported by a staff of extensively trained professionals in the building maintenance industry who each possess numerous years of experience, technical expertise and training. Collectively this support management team offers many years of building maintenance management service experience. The staff’s experience has been gained through their involvement in the provision of both in-house and contracted building maintenance management services within health care institutions & commercial facilities. The BBS support management team are experienced facility managers and executives with in depth experience in specific disciplines including EVS services, linen and manifest waste management, plant maintenance & operations, grounds maintenance, MIS software/hardware, training, finance and human resources.
